Actually sometimes we should forgive somebody who is in trouble and has difficulties though, maybe they unconsciously do something impolite. And we should change roles to take care to consider from each other to try understand and to be understood.
We have always had a friend who lashed out at us for no reason, but we knew that they were going through a tough time -- a death in their family, or some other difficult situation -- so we forgave them without them even having to ask. We knew why they had been inconsiderate so we didn't hold it against them.
